The Maria Rustic Resort Restaurant offers more than foods and dishes. Rediscover and reinvent a local and almost lost culinary culture!

Within the Maria Rustic Resort Restaurant, almost all vegetables destined for consumption are grown in our open gardens that cover a surface of 1,5 hectares and in greenhouses. The guests at our resort will be able to eat products from all these and moreover be able to pick and/or choose the products they wish to eat.

The versatility of the indoor and outdoor space – on the terraces of the restaurant – with lake view, offers us various fitting possibilities, for the most sophisticaed of events – private parties or business events.

Romanian specific

In the Maria Rustic Restaurant, almost all vegetables destined for consumption are grown in our open gardens an greenhouses. We grow „Mangalita” pigs, a traditional breed, along with hens, chickens, ducks, geese and fish. We have apple, cherry and plum orchards, on our nearby hills, spread over a surface of 70 hectares.

Homemade food products

All these facilities are at our guests’ disposal in order to create a healthy, unpoluted, regenerative environment. We dedicately rely on the recipes of our traditional cuisine, filled with flavour and colour and consisting of fresh and eco products.
